For over 20 years, I worked as a science teacher in middle schools, helping young minds explore the wonders of the natural world. While I loved teaching, I always felt a deeper calling toward practices that nurtured not just the mind, but also the body and soul.
That journey led me to yoga. What began as a personal practice for stress relief and inner balance gradually became a way of life. The more I connected with the profound benefits of mindful movement, breathwork, and self-awareness, the more I realized I wanted to share this gift with others.
Today, I offer yoga classes designed to support physical wellness, mental clarity, and emotional balance — creating a safe, welcoming space where each person can reconnect with themselves at their own pace.
